What the judges had to say...
The leg of lamb was simple to cook and the flavour was phenomenal. After resting for 20 minutes the lamb was so tender it could be sliced using a butter knife and was enjoyed by us all. Simply put this was the best lamb we cooked. Taste 10/10
I have to say I don't normally go for fillet steak; it's always hard to really get flavour without adding something. However, this fillet steak was packed with flavour. It was incredibly soft. Beautifully cut and trimmed fillet with a softness like butter, I really enjoyed this steak.
A really great fillet steak. As soon as we saw it we knew it was going to be a great piece of meat. Well marbled, with a really rich flavour that really stood out for us. Cooked for a few minutes each side with just a little salt and pepper was all it needed. Perfect! Being recognised by Red Tractor and Leaf is a great accomplishment. Well done Dyson Farming. Taste 9/10
