Our Approach
Sensitive redevelopment of farm buildings is an integral part of our approach to estate management. The Hive was a redundant farm workshop that has been redeveloped to a high specification, with the working history of the building preserved.

Located within the heart of our Lincolnshire estate, the Hive is a modern and versatile facility, sympathetically renovated in 2018 to create a contemporary and professional conference facility. The Hive offers the perfect setting for a range of events from smaller meetings to larger conferences. Bespoke packages are available to ensure that every event is perfectly tailored to your needs.

The Hive Set-ups
The Hive can be styled specifically for the event you would like, whether this is for conferences, meetings, dinners or training events. Each style of room can be suitable for a different quantity of individuals ranging from 12 to 120.
U Shape Meeting/Dinner: For meetings and group gatherings. More chairs/tables can be added for a group dinner. Accommodate up to 22 guests for meeting and up to 44 guests for dinner.
Classroom Style: Accommodate up to 16 guests. Layout with an educational feel that makes it ideal for tutorials, training or other gatherings.
Lecture Style: Accommodate up to 120 guests, for lectures or presentations. Ideal for larger education and knowledge exchange events.
Conference and Break-Out: Accommodate up to 42 guests. For more informal group meetings and workshops, followed by opportunities for discussion.
