This is an exciting and unique opportunity for a Joiner to join our Property team to produce high-quality items for our commercial and residential properties and holiday cottages.

Dyson Farming operates a hugely diverse and exciting business with a rapidly expanding property and estate portfolio. Sensitive redevelopment of redundant farm buildings is a key part of the approach to property management at Dyson Farming. This involves transforming derelict farm buildings on our farmland into high-quality commercial and residential properties and holiday cottages.
Duties and responsibilities:
- You will undertake all manner of joinery tasks associated with property refurbishments and barn conversions along with the repair and maintenance of properties within our portfolio.
- You will also work onsite, fitting bespoke windows, doors and other items made in our dedicated joinery workshop.
- You will be competent in using hand and power tools and measuring, cutting and stacking timber.
- Workshop experience and a knowledge of CDM is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
- Experience in other trades would be an advantage but not essential.
Person specification:
- The successful candidate must demonstrate a proactive attitude and commitment to health and safety. You must be able to see tasks through to completion, have excellent levels of attention to detail and produce high-quality work.
- A valid CSCS card is preferred.
- A full driving licence is required for this role.
