Sales Coordinator

We are experiencing an exciting period of growth with sales of our award winning meat from animals reared on our farms in Gloucestershire and Somerset. Due to this we are looking for a motivated individual with an eagerness to learn and support the Farm Manager to fulfil this demand.
Initially a fixed term role, we anticipate that the role has the potential to be shaped around the individual for the longer term as our business strategy develops.
- Dealing with customer orders on a day-to-day basis.
- Proactive attitude and commitment to health and safety.
- Communicating stock levels and forecasts with colleagues.
- Responsible for ensuring the required stock levels are available.
- Accurately inputting daily figures into the ERP system.
- Producing weekly KPI’s and presenting to the management team.
- Preparing and packaging produce ready for delivery.
- Raising invoices for payment.
- Seeking new sales opportunities and customers.
- Responsible for dealing with customer enquiries.
- Other duties as required by your line manager.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- IT literate
- Hands on with a can do attitude
- Professional manner
- Proactive and flexible approach to work
- Willing to take responsibility and ownership for tasks
- Ability to work autonomously when required, alongside effective teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Holds a current UK driving licence
