Daniel joined Dyson Farming in 2022 and brought with him valuable operational and commercial experience in fresh food and agriculture. He began his career in G’s Group and was quickly promoted into positions where he was able to direct the strategy of departments, categories, and operations, including, latterly, the business in the USA. Daniel believes that quality produce, backed by clear provenance, provides innumerable opportunities and throughout his career he has demonstratable experience of enhancing business performance and profitability by developing recognisable branding, strong retail relationships and leveraging cutting-edge technology.

Following his graduation from Newcastle University where he studied Agriculture, James began his career as a Trainee Farm Manger and soon progressed to a Partner in an intensive c.8000 acre farming business in Carrington, West Lincolnshire.
James joined Dyson Farming as part of the purchase of Carrington Farms and, since then, has overseen the farming operations, ensuring that the development and implementation of on-farm technology has complemented the range of regenerative farming practices which he has introduced. He is also responsible for all renewable energy and glasshouse operations. James is a passionate advocate for health and safety within the agriculture industry and is an active member of the HSE’s Agriculture Industry Advisory Committee (AIAC).

After graduating from Newcastle University with a degree in Agriculture, Steve spent 20 years in the fresh produce industry gaining experience across many different roles including agronomist, Technical Manager and Operations Director, within the UK, Channel Islands and the USA. On his return to the UK Steve spent time as Commercial Director for a UK fruit business before joining Dyson Farming. Having a passion for British Agriculture, he has commercial responsibility for Farming & Food, Renewable Energy, Property, Natural capital & carbon and Knowledge Provision.
