Daniel joined Dyson Farming in 2022 and brought with him valuable operational and commercial experience in fresh food and agriculture. He began his career in G’s Group and was quickly promoted into positions where he was able to direct the strategy of departments, categories, and operations, including, latterly, the business in the USA. Daniel believes that quality produce, backed by clear provenance, provides innumerable opportunities and throughout his career he has demonstratable experience of enhancing business performance and profitability by developing recognisable branding, strong retail relationships and leveraging cutting-edge technology.

He is a dynamic leader and believes strongly in encouraging the professional development of his team and providing opportunities for all to showcase their talents. He is also a passionate advocate for plant forward diets and products.

After graduating from Newcastle University with a degree in Agriculture, Steve spent 20 years in the fresh produce industry gaining experience across many different roles including agronomist, Technical Manager and Operations Director, within the UK, Channel Islands and the USA. On his return to the UK Steve spent time as Commercial Director for a UK fruit business before joining Dyson Farming. Having a passion for British Agriculture, he has commercial responsibility for Farming & Food, Renewable Energy, Property, Natural capital & carbon and Knowledge Provision.

Sheener is a transformative finance leader with a track record of reshaping complex finance functions across major organisations including Jaguar Land Rover and GKN Automotive. She has redefined the role of finance—embedding commercial insight into decision-making, championing forward-looking business partnering, and fostering performance-led cultures. In her most recent role as Futures Division Director at Ibstock, she drove operational and financial performance across the business, aligning strategy with execution. With a reputation for clarity, collaboration, and results-driven leadership, Sheener is already playing a pivotal role in shaping and executing DFL’s strategic direction.
