Duties and responsibilities:
  • Responsible for updating documents and records for EA compliance
  • General administration for the AD and Glasshouse teams including filing paperwork, credit card records, organising meetings, communication with suppliers etc
  • Updating and maintaining the Shire system including uploading stores information for spares and parts, job allocation and job sheets
  • Maintain records such as risk assessments, policies and contractor paperwork, ensure they are signed off and uploaded to the relevant system
  • Preparing for external visits
  • Responsible for testing samples and record-keeping of results
  • Supporting the AD and Glasshouse teams with the purchasing process
  • Maintaining Fleet Check to ensure vehicle and driver records are accurate
  • Administration support on a range of key business projects
  • Any other duties within your capabilities
Person specification:
  • Previous experience in an administrator role
  • Computer literate in all MS office programs particularly MS Excel
  • Ability to deal with wide-ranging challenges and responsibilities with diplomacy and patience
  • Ability to quickly build strong working relationships at all levels of the business
  • Professional manner and confident communicator
  • Proactive and flexible approach to work
  • Willing to take responsibility and ownership for tasks
  • Excellent communicator
  • Ability to work autonomously when required, alongside effective teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Full driving license – travel between our Nocton and Carrington sites is required
