Following the success of our 2023 Summer Series programme, we are proud to introduce Summer Series 2024.

This is an exciting opportunity to find out what working at Dyson Farming and within the food production, renewable energy and leisure industries are really like.

Whether you are thinking of jumping straight into work or following an apprenticeship/higher education route, the Summer Series are an exciting opportunity for you to explore all areas of the business. From food production to environment and farming to finance, this inclusive week will provide detailed insight into the industry, helping you decide if a career in agriculture is for you.

During the week, you’ll work alongside leaders and experts across the business. This is a brilliant opportunity to understand the steps they took to reach their position and what your next step could be.

Through interactive workshops and challenges, you’ll gain valuable skills on both a personal and professional level. During the week, you’ll work on a project which you will present to our executive team and business experts on your final day.

Dates:

  • Summer Series 2024 runs from 8-12 July

Benefits:

  • Accommodation is available for candidates who live outside of a 30-mile radius of Nocton
  • Travel expenses paid
  • £500 per person towards future training will be awarded to the winning project team

Person specification:
  • You must be aged 18 or over when the placement begins
  • You must be eligible to work in the UK
  • A driving licence is not essential
